We choose the best meats for our burgers! In order to keep the quality of our products at a markedly high level, the meats we use for our burgers comes only from IQF Company (Individually Quick Frozen). This is a blast chilling process that avoids the loss of nutrients and texture, while keeping the taste and fragrance of the product unaltered.
Bread is essential for the success of a good burger: it keeps the meat warm and gives harmony to the whole dish. So, we couldn’t trust anyone!! This is why we make every day tasty semi-whole grain hand-crafted burger buns that we fill with the best meat and many other delicious ingredients.

We choose only genuine and selected ingredients because we want to give you the best! Also, we cook pizza a wood oven and that’s what make it fragrant and crunchy and gives it a distinctive and unmistakable flavor.
This dough comes from the selection of cereal flours such as wheat, rye, flax, oats. It is characterized by sunflower and sesame seeds that make it particularly crunchy and pleasing to the palate.
RThis recipe comes from a balanced blending of naturally gluten-free flours and starches such as tapioca, quinoa, soy and buckwheat, that combined with agave syrup, make the dough crumbly and highly digestible like a traditional pizza with wheat dough.
The dietetic dough is made of low glycemic fiber-flour, perfect for athletes and diabetic people: it is characterized by its great texture and light taste.
A dough made from 100% Kamut Khorasan flour. Kamut is an ancient grain that make the pizza tasty and soft as a traditional pizza, but it is much more digestible.
A dough obtained by traditional methods by grinding whole grains. It is rich in wheat germ and fiber and ensures a genuine taste after cooking. It is particularly easy to digest.
This dough is made from “0” wheat flour and wheat germ mixed with non-GMO roasted soybeans and re-ground semolina. What makes our dough light, easily digestible and fragrant is the sourdough and slow 12-18 hours.
